The Pallet Network appoints Mark Duggan as chief operating officer

Mark Duggan will oversee operations, health and safety and business improvement in a newly created role at The Pallet Network, supporting its three-year growth strategy.
The Pallet Network, part of Culina, has appointed Mark Duggan to the newly created position of chief operating officer. Reporting to chief executive Michael Conroy, he will oversee operations, health and safety and business improvement.
Duggan will also lead special projects and transformation work with colleagues and network members to support TPN’s three-year growth strategy. The announcement gives no numerical growth targets.
He previously served as TPN’s managing director from 2015 to 2021 and has worked with the business as a consultant for the past three months. The appointment adds senior operational capacity to the palletised freight network.
