Palletways secures planning permission for new Fradley headquarters

Palletways UK says Lichfield District Council has granted unconditional planning permission for its new Fradley headquarters, with construction expected to begin in November.
Palletways announced the planning decision on 7 October. Developed with Prologis UK, the bespoke headquarters will strengthen the express pallet freight network’s main hub infrastructure. The partnership was announced in 2025; the new development is the approval that allows the scheme to move into delivery. Construction is expected to start in November 2026. Palletways says the design addresses its operational requirements, capacity, efficiency and staff wellbeing.
