DSV says European road service recovered after Schenker integration problems

DSV reported lower road volumes and productivity following integration-related disruption, but said operations normalised by the end of the third quarter.
DSV said operational issues in Europe following the Schenker integration reduced service reliability, volumes and productivity in its Road division during the third quarter of 2026.
In its 21 October results announcement, the company said road operations had normalised towards quarter-end. Its focus is now on productivity and commercial performance. This is DSV’s assessment of its own network, not evidence that every customer shipment was unaffected.
Road earnings before interest, tax and special items fell 35.1% year on year to DKK 526 million. That figure included DKK 195 million in property-disposal gains.
DSV said remaining integration savings associated with Road and certain group functions were expected to slip into 2027. Its overall annual synergy expectation remained DKK 9 billion.
