PGS Group and Dutch pallet supplier Lecaro say they are forming a joint venture. Lecaro will retain its identity and management, while the partnership is intended to strengthen PGS’s Dutch presence and broaden services including pooling and reverse logistics.
PGS Group announced on 11 September 2026 that it is joining forces with Dutch pallet company Lecaro through a joint venture. Lecaro, founded in 1985, supplies new and reconditioned pallets and sells a company-reported 2.4 million pallets annually; it will retain its identity, organisation and current management under Alexander van Laak. PGS says the partnership strengthens its presence in the Netherlands and will give Lecaro customers access to additional services, including pooling and reverse logistics. The companies also cite Lecaro’s covered 16,000-square-metre Haps terminal, opened in 2025, with stated storage capacity of about 200,000 pallets. This is a company announcement; financial terms were not disclosed.
