Logistics Reply launches governed AI agents for warehouse operations

Logistics Reply has launched an AI authority framework and five pre-built agents for warehouse tasks, including workload balancing, dock-slot booking and late-task investigation. The company says each agent operates with task-specific authority and human oversight.
Logistics Reply announced the LEA AI Agent Authority Model alongside five pre-built agents available from 5 October 2026. The tools cover stock-out analysis, labour distribution, ABC classification, dock scheduling and investigation of late tasks, including possible obstructions affecting an autonomous mobile robot. The company describes five authority levels, from informing and recommending through to governed autonomy, with oversight matched to each use case. This is a software provider’s announcement; it does not identify a pallet-specific deployment.
