Gates launches polyurethane live roller belt for warehouse conveyors

Gates has introduced IntraLogix LRB-100 for warehouse conveyor systems, with US availability now and international supply planned to follow.
Gates announced its IntraLogix LRB-100 live roller belt on 13 October. The belt drives conveyor rollers carrying packages, cartons and other goods in distribution operations.
The polyurethane construction integrates the V-guide into the belt, addressing delamination associated with conventional fabric designs. Gates identifies the product as system-specific for Vanderlande .M accumulating roller pneumatic conveyors.
The manufacturer reports more than five times longer belt life against comparable competitor belts in accelerated testing. This is a supplier test claim, not an independently verified warehouse result. The product is available in the United States; international availability is to follow.
