Link Logistics acquires 550,992 sq ft North Carolina distribution facility
Link Logistics has added the fully leased Eaton Logistics Facility in Youngsville to its portfolio. The cross-dock warehouse supports manufacturing supply chains in the Raleigh region.
Link Logistics announced the acquisition of the Eaton Logistics Facility on 12 October. The 550,992-square-foot property at 2545 Innovation Loop in Youngsville, North Carolina, was fully leased when added to its portfolio.
Completed in 2026, the distribution centre has 40-foot clear heights, a cross-dock layout and direct access to U.S. Route 1. Link describes it as a warehousing and distribution hub supporting manufacturing in the Raleigh area.
Summit Real Estate Group and an institutional partner sold the property, with JLL representing them. The announcement discloses no purchase price or pallet capacity. This is a change in property ownership, not evidence of additional warehouse capacity or a new tenant operation.
