DP World agrees transfer of six UK grocery logistics sites from GXO

DP World announced an agreement to take over six UK grocery logistics sites from GXO, subject to the CMA-approved transaction conditions. The company says the sites add over two million square feet of warehouse capacity and are due to transfer in September.
