Delivery raises freight and pallet rates from 1 October

Ukraine-based carrier Delivery says base freight rates rise 10.6% and pallet transport rates rise 10% from 1 October. It gives a 300 kg Euro-pallet shipment example increasing from 865 to 950 UAH; sector-specific tariffs rise 10.7%.
Delivery published a customer notice on 28 September saying its revised freight rates take effect on 1 October 2026. The carrier attributes the changes to fuel, vehicle maintenance and insurance, and rental costs. It says base freight rates will rise 10.6%, pallet transport rates 10%, and sector-specific tariffs 10.7%. For example, a 300 kg Euro-pallet shipment will cost from 950 UAH, up from 865 UAH. Delivery also says free extended-storage periods are being shortened: from seven to five days for cargo up to 499 kg/1.99 m³, and from five to three days for heavier or oversized cargo. These are the carrier’s published rates and explanations.\n\nPhoto: Cullen328 (photo by Jim Heaphy), CC BY-SA 3.0, via Wikimedia Commons: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Truckload_of_pallets.jpg
