CMA CGM completes $1.4bn FedEx Supply Chain acquisition

CMA CGM says the acquisition adds about 34 million square feet of warehouse space and nearly 10,000 team members to CEVA Logistics in North America.
CMA CGM announced on 1 October 2026 that it had completed its $1.4 billion acquisition of FedEx Supply Chain. The company says the acquired business adds about 34 million square feet of warehouse space and nearly 10,000 team members; the combined CEVA Logistics operation will span about 150 warehouses and more than 240 North American locations. CMA CGM also announced multi-year commercial agreements with FedEx covering ocean freight and planned air-cargo cooperation. The acquisition broadens contract-logistics capacity, including warehousing and value-added logistics, in North America. Figures and strategic rationale are from CMA CGM’s announcement.
