DVSA updates goods-vehicle drivers’ hours guidance for international light vans

DVSA updated its goods-vehicle drivers’ hours guidance to reflect that, from 1 July 2026, assimilated drivers’ hours rules apply to light goods vehicles weighing 2.5 tonnes or more on international journeys, alongside updated exemptions and derogations. Operators should read the official guidance for their circumstances.
