Rotterdam bunker volumes fall 25% in first half of 2026

The Port of Rotterdam Authority's own data showed bunker fuel sales fell 25% in the first half of 2026, which it attributed partly to the EU RED III Directive raising conventional fuel costs relative to competing regional ports.
