Qantas Freight says industrial action has ended, but backlogs are still delaying freight processing in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Its terminals remain open and customers are advised to allow additional processing time.

Qantas Freight reports that protected industrial action involving some Qantas Ground Services and Australian Air Express employees has concluded. However, backlogs remain in parts of its terminal network, causing delays in freight processing at Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Qantas says the terminals remain open, contingency plans helped maintain service continuity, and customers should allow extra time while teams work through the backlog.
