DP World inaugurates million-square-foot Nhava Sheva warehouse expansion

DP World has inaugurated Phase 2 of Nhava Sheva Business Park, adding a further one million square feet of warehousing capacity in India.
DP World announced on 7 October that it has inaugurated the second phase of Nhava Sheva Business Park. The expansion covers 42 acres and adds a further one million square feet of warehousing capacity, backed by approximately ₹500 crore of investment, which the company values at US$52 million.
The first phase provides one million square feet across 44 acres. The additional capacity forms part of DP World’s logistics network around Nhava Sheva, linking warehousing with port operations, container freight stations and free-trade warehousing services.
The opening was announced during a senior leadership visit to India. Discussions with Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority about future collaboration are separate from the inaugurated warehouse expansion and do not establish approval for additional projects.
