Oval Group leases Dissen warehouse with 27,000 Euro-pallet spaces

Oval Group has leased GARBE Industrial's entire 19,500-square-metre Dissen logistics property in Germany. Fresh and temperature-controlled operations are scheduled to start in February 2027.
GARBE says the Lower Saxony site includes around 4,000 Euro-pallet spaces in a fresh-produce zone operating at 0–7°C, plus around 23,000 spaces in temperature-controlled dry storage at 12–18°C.
The facility has 17 dock levellers and two ground-level doors. Located near the A33, it replaces an older cold-storage building on the same site.
Originally envisaged as a multi-user property, the warehouse has instead been let in full to Oval Group for its expanding logistics activities. The announcement establishes a signed lease and planned operating capacity, not an already operational February 2027 service or an order for 27,000 new pallets.
